Wednesday 9/12/09

Medium day ROP - 5 ladders x 3 rungs C&P with chin-ups (as opposed to pull-ups). Followed by 2 mins of swings.

Clean & presses went well given this was deemed a heavy workout all of two weeks ago. 30 reps total for each arm. Required a bit of assistance with the chin-ups by way of completing the chin-up and then resetting between reps.

With 2 mins allocated to swings I wanted to go the whole duration and just see how many swings I ended up with. Totalled 78 which I was reasonably pleased about. The aim will be to hit 100 with the 16 kg.
